Withdrawal Rules

Best Bingo Network offers “real money” players two type of choices when it comes to depositing bonuses. A player has their choice of choosing either bonus bucks (BB’s) added to their account or a cash bonus to be added to their account, after they make a successful deposit. Any player taking either bonus bucks or cash bonus will be subjected to the following wagering rules. Any player who does not want or take a bonus, must notify management prior to the commencement of play.

To ensure fair play the following withdrawal rules will apply.

  1. All qualifying withdrawal requests are processed on Mondays and Wednesdays.
  2. Player may request one (1) withdrawal per seven day period. Minimum withdrawal request is GBP £50. ALL withdrawal requests below GBP £50 will get denied. Please make sure your withdrawal request is made before 10am GMT to be eligible for current period.
  3. Any winnings derived from the free money, promotional bonus bucks or free cards are not eligible for withdrawal and funds will be removed from account.
  4. On players first deposit, any cash balance from the free money, over £20 will be reset to 100% match of the players first deposit in addition to any other bonuses taken.
  5. Players must have a 'Real Money' account prior to requesting a withdrawal. Real Money account must be funded with at least £25 prior to requesting a withdrawal.
  6. Bonus Deal: Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered four (4) times on bingo games, ten (10) times on slots or twenty (20) times on casino Games, prior to requesting a withdrawal. If a player plays different games with different wagering requirements the wagering will be calculated based on where the majority of the winning funds were derived from
  7. Cash Deal: Deposit plus bonus awarded must be wagered eight (8) times on bingo games, Fifteen (15) times on slots games or forty (40) times on casino games, prior to requesting a withdrawal Only CASH wagers will be considered for play through requirement.
  8. Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on bingo game winnings is £5000 (£1250 per week). Maximum monthly withdrawal limit on slots or casino game winnings is £1000 (£250 per week). If a player requests more than these amounts the entire withdrawal will be denied and the player will be asked to resubmit the withdrawal with correct amounts.
  9. Redemption flow backs are not considered as new deposits and will not be eligible for bonus.
  10. Once a payout is requested, player will forfeit BBs left in their account and the new BBs balance will be equivalent to the remaining “cash balance”.
  11. Example: Player has £500 cash in account and £250 in BBs. withdraws £400 cash leaving £100 cash in account. BBs will be reduced to £100.

  12. Deposit bonuses cannot be claimed, if you have a pending withdrawal request.
  13. All unclaimed deposit bonus expire upon your successfully withdrawal.
  14. Deposit bonuses can not be combined.
  15. In order to ensure that withdrawal amount reaches the right person, all players making their first withdrawal request MUST send us a proof of ID (Passport or Driving License) and proof of current residential address (phone bill or similar). These details must match the details listed in their account profile (name, address, phone number and email address). Use of invalid contact details may result in delay in processing withdrawals, or closure of account and all winnings will be forfeited.   16. Withdrawal of winnings will be reimbursed to the appropriate account from which the deposits were made within 3 business days of approval. In the case where deposited funds came from Ukash, Money Bookers or Master Card a cheque will be sent directly to the player at the address provided in the registration form by first class mail. The charge for sending out a cheque, (£5.00) will be deducted from the withdrawal. The cheques will only be sent out every other week on approved withdrawals.
  17. Management reserves the right to ask any player winning a large amount to provide an interview or a testimonial to our Marketing department related to their winnings for the purpose of our promotional newsletter and websites.
  18. Management reserves the right to deny any withdrawal request if a player has not funded his/her account prior to 30 days of withdrawal. Player must deposit and wager an amount equal or above the requested withdrawal amount, in order for withdrawal to be processed.
  19. Withdrawals of £1000 or greater may be subjected to a longer processing period and paid as scheduled by management, with a maximum total monthly withdrawal limit of £5000.
  20. We recommend that players visit the rules page on a regular basis. Management reserves the right to edit the site Rules without prior notice.
  21. Players can not hold Chelbis responsible for delay in processing any withdrawal and under no case we will interest or other consideration be given for delayed payments.
