Game Rules

Bonus Rules:

  1. Bonus Bucks or cash bonuses are complementary promotional offers given to players as an acknowledgment of their loyalty, and are intended to increase players playing time only, thereby increasing enjoyment.
  2. We keep a close watch on those players who take undue advantage of the system. If it is determined that a player is abusing the system, then that player will no longer entitled to any of our offers.
  3. Any player who wishes not to claim any of our offers must contact management by support ticket before starting play.
  4. 1. Winnings derived from deposit bonuses and offers can not be withdrawn until player completes wagering requirements on that deposit and bonus.
  5. All promotional offers credited to a players account, other than chat BBs will be subject to wagering requirements, on previous deposits for withdrawal purposes.
  6. When a withdrawal request is placed, Player will forfeit BBs left in their account and the new BBs balance will be equivalent to the remaining cash balance.

    7. Example: If a player has £200 cash in his/her account and £300 in BBs. Player withdraws £150 cash leaving £50 cash in the account. Player’s BBs will be reduced to £50.

  7. If for any reason the withdrawal is declined player may get bonus bucks back by contacting live help.

Wagering Requirements

For Bingo Players

Players are required to wager four (4) times the amount of the bonus they received with their deposit, plus their deposit amount. If player requests cash bonus, then the play though will be eight (8) times on bingo. Players to check their play through they need to click on the reports tab from the main lobby, then click on the reconcile tab. Enter the date and time of last deposit and reconcile play through. Wagering on bingo games will be deducted from the cash balance (Bank + Winnings). When the cash balance is insufficient, wagering is deducted from the bonus balance.

Pre-Deposit Accounts
